Bylaws & Rules Revisions
There are three minor revisions to existing Bylaws, proposed by Bill Westmiller, that deal with officer qualifications and electronic communications.

Delegates will consider two proposals to replace the existing national RLC "Statement".
Bill Westmiller has proposed wording revisions of the existing text, an introductory Principles statement and a neutral abortion position.
